Honest mechanics
Honest mechanics, good communication, fair prices. Like all shops, they do try up sales, i.e. oil changes, tire rotates, etc, but they are no pressure. If you say no thank you, they move on.

Great customer service
Great customer service and quick too! Went in for a headlight replacement and they were able to do it on the spot. Not only that, but I had my Husky with me and they allowed me to bring her into the shop while I waited. Wow! That certainly wasn’t necessary but definitely appreciated, especially in this cold. Thanks guys! I’ll for sure be coming back!

I will take my car to them every time. They are friendly, honest, and will keep you up to date on what's going on with your vehicle. The are also reasonably priced and are happy to answer any questions you have.

Made a stressful situation pleasant
I was frantic when I went to pick up my kids from daycare and my car would not start. My husband was away for training and after going to Auto Zone to buy a new battery, thinking they could install it, I was turned away as they are not authorized to take off a portion in order to replace the battery (very understandable and perfectly fine). I called around to some automotive places and got poor service over the phone but when I called Auto Masters, Jake answered and was very friendly and told me that they would get me taken care of and it was no problem. I pulled right up, went in and Jake knew the situation already, got my keys and I was in and out under 30 minutes. They even kept my old battery and said they would get it back to Auto Zone. With carrying two kids under 5 around with me to get my car fixed can be stressful so I was just thankful that Auto Masters made a stressful situation pleasant. Thank you!
